Peccala Token SA (Peccala), and all the companies in the Peccala Group, are committed to being a responsible custodian of the information you (you or your) provide to us and the information we collect. This privacy notice (this Notice) describes how Peccala may collect, use and share personal information in connection with use of the Peccala web-app and platform (Platform) and the offering of all Peccala Tokens (Tokens).

If you do not wish for your personal information to be used in the manner described within this Notice, you should not participate in the offering of Tokens, access peccala.com and all subdomains thereof (the Website) or utilize any services thereon or otherwise provide Peccala with your personal information.
Peccala is the data controller of your personal information processed in connection with the offering of Tokens. The Website will be controlled and operated by Peccala. In addition, our current or future affiliated companies, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries or joint ventures may also be provided with your data in relation to the provision of our services.

References to Peccala, we, us or our in this Notice are references to the relevant company responsible for processing your personal information.
