How to check the status of a transaction

Every transaction Peccala makes - deposits, withdrawals, token sales and token redemptions - are recorded in your Peccala account, and also anonymously on the blockchain. This means that you can confirm that transactions have been processed accurately by checking the block explorer of the relevant chain.

Peccala Tokens and wallets exist on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). Therefore all internal Peccala Token transactions can be viewed on BSCScan, directly from your Transaction History. Deposits and withdrawals on other blockchains will involve your funds passing through Binance hot wallets, which we use to convert your BEP20 USDT to the relevant external chain.

  1. From your dashboard, click on the View Transactions button underneath Your Recent Transactions.

  1. This will take you to your Transaction History, showing every transaction you’ve made in your Peccala account - Deposits, Withdrawals, Buy orders, Sell orders (redemptions), and the Performance Fees we have deducted from your account.

Each transaction shows the type of transaction, the amount, and the blockchain Transaction Hash (the unique code assigned to the transaction).

Clicking the open link button next to your transaction to see the transaction on BSCScan.

  1. You’ll be able to see lots of details about the transaction in BSCScan, including its status. Success means that the blockchain has confirmed the transaction, and it has been executed!
