Oops, sorry about that! As we’re still in beta this type of error can happen, but don’t worry - if your buy or sell order didn’t go through the funds are still in your wallet and you can try again in a few minutes.
Please also let us know about the bug you encountered by sending a bug report through your Peccala account, or by email to email@example.com. If possible, please include a screenshot of the error message so we can pinpoint the issue quickly.
You’ll now see your Peccala Tokens in the “Your Assets” part of your account dashboard.
The money you used to buy the Peccala Tokens has been deposited into our exchange based trading wallets, where our trading engine is managing them 24/7.
The price of the Peccala Tokens you hold is updated in real time based on the value of the trades we’re making using the calculation Net Asset Value of Trading Wallets / Number of Tokens in Circulation. You can redeem (sell) your Peccala Tokens for their current value at any time.
You can see this in your Peccala dashboard, including actual gains/losses in USDT, and as a %. Click the tooltip for additional information on the breakdown of your PnL.
When you buy Peccala Tokens, the funds you pay are deposited into our trading wallets, and the price of the Tokens you hold is linked to the value of those investments using the calculation Net Asset Value of Trading Wallets / Number of Tokens in Circulation.
When you want to withdraw funds from Peccala, you “redeem” (sell) your tokens for their current value in USDT, as shown in your Peccala account.
No, Peccala Tokens can only be held in your Peccala account.
That’s because the amount you can redeem is directly linked to the amount you originally invested, so we need to avoid Peccala Tokens being sent between customers, or traded on third-party platforms. This is also important so that we are compliant with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
However, any USDT you hold in your Peccala account can be transferred to an external wallet whenever you want.
